DIRECTIONS
Prepare Ham for Roast Pan, and add juice to pan instead of adding water. After one hour of cooking ham, trim any fat off the ham.
Cook Jam & brown sugar in sauce pan.
Every half hour baste ham, until ready to serve. As most hams are spiral hams are precooked. But if using whole uncooked ham, baste each hour.
My last basting, I baste, shut heat off in oven, and let stand using the remaining heat from oven for 10 minutes, then let sit for 15 min out of the oven. Slightly cooked meat cuts so much easier. This gives you time for those last minute things for the table, at our house, just enough time to make Sweet Raisin Sauce for the Ham~ymmm
